Kim Moore, PCC, M.S.

Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

Kim brings over 25 years of experience and passion for putting people first when accelerating individual and organizational performance. She has designed and delivered team effectiveness, executive coaching, and leadership development programs for global companies around the world. Her authenticity, energy, and expertise give her the ability to engage audiences. Leadership is improved with self-awareness, building effective relationships, and increasing influence amidst organizational and individual differences.

Prior to her time with the Flippen Group, Kim worked in progressive roles in executive pay design and assessment with The Hay Group and Korn-Ferry International. She began her HR career with Hewitt Associates. Kim’s strong business acumen began her career, working in financial analysis and risk management with two global companies, Bank of America and Citicorp, N.A.

PCCKim is a PCC certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Association of Talent Development and is certified in several coaching assessments including the Flippen Profile™, The Birkman Method®, Emotional Styles and Climate Inventory, and Systems Dynamics in Organizations and Families.

When not enjoying her clients and work, Kim is with her family and a wide variety of colleagues and friends, hiking tall mountains and exploring the universal connection between people in other countries and cultures.
